Postal Workers Take Out A Parade For Teen With Leukemia

The postal workers could always count on a kind word or two whenever they went to the Watkins home from their teenage son. He even got the nickname ‘Matthew the Mailman’!

The teenager wanted to be a postal worker and loved the job totally. Sadly, he was diagnosed with leukemia and had to be away at the hospital for nearly eight months. The people at the post office decided they had to do something when he got back home.

When the 17-year-old returned, he was in for a surprise as the entire postal fleet of 20 vans were at his doorstep to welcome him back. They even gave him gifts to cheer him up. These men and women are definitely the superheros of everyday life. Watch and share.
